Came here specifically to try their world-famous tsukemen, and it did not disappoint. This isn't just a meal; it's an experience. The cold, perfectly firm noodles are meant for dipping into that incredibly rich and complex broth. The flavor is deep, savory, and utterly addictive. Following the recommended ritual, squeezing in the lime wedge for brightness and later diluting the broth with the provided soup stock transforms the dish and makes every bite interesting until the very last drop. Be prepared for a line, as this place is a true destination on Sawtelle. The service is efficient and focused on getting you to the good stuff quickly. For anyone looking for an authentic, standout noodle experience in LA, Tsujita is an absolute must-visit.

Best place to have authentic Japanese Tsukemen- dipping ramen. The restaurant is neat, waiting line could get long. The noodles are perfectly cooked, and dipping source is very tasty. For sure will go back.

Came here bc my ramen spot was closed…seemed really popular and was a wait. We had a group of 5 including a baby and they got us sat pretty quickly. Outdoor seating was really great! Then cane out the food!!! All killer…salmon bowl 10/10 and ramen was 10/10…easy 5 star and will def come back!

The tsukumen here is as good as always. Came back for the first time in two years, and I got myself the spicy chasu tsukemen. Definitely recommend getting the chasu option if possible, as it's just noodles and chopped chasu in the sauce otherwise. Also recommend getting the regular over the spicy as the spice/saltiness was a bit too much towards the end. Overall, happy to see that one of my favorite places is still going very strong.

Ramen’s are really hearty and the broth was delicious. Love the minced garlic they add as it brings out the flavor. Highly recommended.

The silky ramen is delicious and has a truly unique flavor. However, the Sunrise and Sunset ramens are less impressive—they taste more like vegetable soup. The place is often packed, and while the service is fast, it could definitely be cleaner.

The dipping ramen is a great choice for a hot day. The pork had a great flavor and the right amount of fat but still had a soft bite. The dipping broth is more fishy than the traditional tonkotsu and also thicker — if you are into that. My one knock is that the egg was hard boiled, no runny yolk — but that’s a nitpick.
